Where it started
CA Dhiraj Ostwal runs a CA firm with 43 employees across 7 cities. Like most Indian practices, work moved through a mix of WhatsApp, spreadsheets and memory — and the same question came up every day: kaam kahantak hua? (how far has the work gotten?)
Dhiraj and Hemant, a software engineer, decided the fix wasn’t another dashboard employees would ignore. It was software that worked inside the app the team already used all day — WhatsApp — with AI doing the asking instead of a manager.

What we're building toward
Karyai now covers proposals and e-signature, tasks, recurring client projects, GST invoicing, notice and hearing tracking, work logs, attendance, payroll and filing preparation for GST, TDS, ITR and ROC — all reachable from WhatsApp, with dashboards for partners. We're opening it to more Indian CA, CS, law and consulting firms, with the same hands-on setup every practice gets today.
