Turn this calendar into work that runs itself

A calendar tells you what is due. Getting it done means turning each due date into a recurring client project with steps, an owner and a deadline — then following up until it is complete.

  1. Group clients by the services they subscribe to (monthly GST, quarterly TDS, annual ROC).
  2. Create one template per service, with checklist steps and a review stage.
  3. Set each project’s internal deadline a few days before the statutory date.
  4. Follow up on pending steps daily and escalate what is blocked.

Karyai does steps 2–4 for you: templates auto-create each month’s projects, and AI follows up with staff on WhatsApp until work is ready to file. Read how to organise recurring client work, or check the glossary for terms like GSTR-1, TDS and ROC filing.

Never miss a client due date.
