Is Karyai production or inventory software?
No. Karyai is for follow-ups and accountability: tasks, owners, deadlines, attendance and summaries. It does not plan production or track stock. It does include GST invoicing and billing.
Can my supervisors write in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Karyai understands English, Hindi and Hinglish, so supervisors can reply in the way they normally write.
Does everyone need a smartphone?
Karyai works through WhatsApp, so each person who should receive follow-ups needs WhatsApp on a phone. Owners and managers also get web dashboards.
What size of business is it for?
